By purchasing my commissions, you're automatically understand and agreed to the following conditions. Please carefully read thoroughly.
- Please respect my decision if I decide to decline your commission.
PAYMENTS
- Pay 100% first, before I start the commission. We can discuss 50% before and after the commission.
- Payment plans are OK if the commission purchase is over $100
- I will not accept any refunds, if I've already started working on the commissioner's piece. Please think thoroughly before commissioning!
REVISIONS
- Max 2x revision requests after sketch. (More revisions will require a fee)
-Sketches have unlimited revision requests, but please don't request major changes every revision.
DEADLINE AND DELIVERY
- Turn around time is about 1-2 weeks! You can DM me for updates, I don't mind small reminders.
- If there's a deadline, please let me know your needs and conditions beforehand. Queue rush will be charged extra cost depending on the complexity.
- Regarding updates, I will send updates depending on what you marked on the request form!
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I reserve the right to watermark the commission piece. I will always watermark the commission piece if I post publicly.
- Using commissioned art for pfp or header is OK with credit!
- Printing commissioned art for merchandise is alright for personal use, NOT FOR COMMERCIAL!
- Do not use my art for AI generated art, NFTs, or commercial use.
COMMUNICATION
- Communications for commissions should be done throuhg VGen, Twitter or Discord (please contact me through only one platform!).
- Please be responsive and detailed for me to draw the best commission I can for you!
- Keyboard smashes, capslock, and emojis will be appreciated a lot 💖!! Don't worry you're not obligated to do so!
RULES/DISCLAIMERS FOR DESIGNS:
-DO NOT TRADE OR THE DESIGN YOU HAVE GOTTEN FROM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE ADDED ANOTHER PIECE OF ARTWORK
-Do not sell characters not bought with money! (E.G RAFFLES, TRADES W/ ART/CHARACTERS)
-You can only resale my designs for the base price, only when there's added artwork not drawn by the buyer you can resale for higher.
-Ask to redesign a character. I may or may not decline depending on the changes made.
-Do not erase the features of a POC/POC coded character. (E.G making skin lighter, changing their hair type)
-You may change a character you've purchased from me to be POC (E.G making their skin darker, changing their hair type)
-You may use a design you have purchased from me for commercial use with an added fee of $25 USD.
-I do holds up to 2 days!
-I can put the character up for other offers if the buyer falls through.
